The undivided forest of Eu is a natural area divided into 4 remarkable parts: the lower forest of Eu, the limestone hills of the upper forest of Eu, the peatbogs of Siège Madame and the heathland of Beaumont. Each of these parts are interesting for their fauna and flora. There are numerous protected species like orchids, ferns and amphibians (frogs, newts, etc.).

The Forest of Eu originally belonged to the Dukes of Normandy and then to the Count of Eu, before being owned by the House of Orleans for a long time. Finally the State and the Department of Seine-Inférieure acquired it in 1915. Nowadays, it is managed by the French National Forest Office on behalf of the State and the Department of Seine-Maritime.
